Cloud tailor is a global destination for personalized fashion solutions for every woman, in an easy to navigate space with experienced designers and authorized tailors to help every woman get only the best outfit.
Any Style. Any Design.
Cloud tailor is a tailor app that makes any outfit in the most effortless and personalized way possible till date. If users’ can think of it, they can make it. And if users’ don’t know what they want, Cloud tailor have experienced and helpful designers who can help them figure it out.

Our Design Process

The design process begins by identifying customer’s goals and behaviors, then creating stories, flows and scenarios that speak to their objectives. Next, the designs are prototyped and tested to make sure they meet user requirements and address any potential issues or problems. After gaining feedback from customers or stakeholders on the product’s look and feel, refinements can be made to improve usability, accessibility, and desirability. Finally, it’s comes down to development of code behind the product before it launches on its journey for further feedback collection. All of this work helps create an iterative cycle of user research and analysis that leads to best-in-class products built for success.

User Personas

By creating user personas, developers and marketers can discover more about the different types of people that make up an audience; motivations, frustrations and overall expectations can be identified and used to steer feature development in the right direction in order to maximize user satisfaction.

Personas

2. Define

Empathy Mapping

Empathy mapping is used for gathering customer insights. By creating these, we can gain a better understanding of what our customers’ experience during interactions with the brand. This technique is not only useful for product development but also helps create more personalized customer experiences and improved client satisfaction.

Challenges

  • Users are expecting more quick navigation to customise their desired outfit style.
  • The entire order inquiry workflow should be more user-friendly.
  • Expected better experience solution than existing flow.
  • CT wants a creative/innovative approach for ‘User engagement’ through the app.
  • Measure my size flow can be improved.
  • And existing order management workflow should be converted into a website and m-site for that required user-friendly design solution.
  • CT want to introduce VR feature for web platforms for that also expected better UX design solutions.

3. Ideate

Card Sorting

It helps to organize information gathered during research into useful categories and groups, allowing us designers to make data-driven decisions about the structure and content of a website or application.
Card Sorting

Site Map

It helps readers find their way around a website quickly and easily, allowing them to access the information they need without having to click or search through multiple pages, as the site map provides a bird’s eye view of the contents. Site maps can make it simpler for new visitors to get around and build familiarity with a website or app.
Site Map

User Flow

By mapping out user intentions and desired outcomes from their experience, designers can create navigation systems which anticipate the needs of users and take them through the process as quickly and easily as possible.
Userflow

Solutions

  • Building an AI model of the customer profile and psyche
  • Customer can take the pics of self and then overlay new trends and fashion on her photo image – The AI should be able to morph the dress pattern to fit the posture of the customer with edge and pattern detection.
  • Guided Bot for style inference and building an unique customer ‘Propensity Model’
  • This AI assisted/User curated designed outfit (DIY) can be shared with their friends on social handles and also submit on cloud tailor blog/social.
  • ‘My Buttons’ – Referral points (Buttons) will be available in the app – so customers will login to keep checking the buttons accrued by them – Rewarded as per the accrual formula – For each order paid for by the downlink users, who tagged the unique referral code.
  • Orders can be paid for with the ‘Referral Buttons’ – Check compliance requirements for taxation and GST due to involvement of reward points.

4. Prototype

Brand Guidelines

Brand guidelines create a unified voice for the company as well as help establish its identity and differentiate it from the competition. Carefully crafting, sustaining and maintaining these brand guidelines will ultimately keep a company competitive and successful.
Brand Guidelines

Style Guide

It outlines a set of rules and standards that an organization uses to ensure the consistency of its design work. The uniformity and clarity provided by a style guide can help strengthen an organization’s reputation, as well as make it easier for customers/clients to recognize materials produced by them.
Style Guide

Components

Components are reusable design elements that can be used to build interfaces. When you change a component, all instances of that component in your design will update automatically. This helps maintain consistency and reduces time and effort spent on manual updates.

Low Fidelity Wireframes

Low fidelity wireframes help reduce the development time, as we designers can visualize what the end product will look like without needing to create a fully functioning interface. They are much quicker to develop than higher-fidelity counterparts and they allow us to quickly test and iterate on design ideas by collaborating with our team.

Final Screens

A user interface should be intuitive and easy to use so users are not overwhelmed by a complicated design. It needs to have just enough features to be effective without being too complex for the user. If a UI is poorly designed, it will cause users to become frustrated and lead them away from an app or website instead of allowing for a pleasant experience. With modern advancements in technology, the demand for great UI is even higher, with companies striving to create the best interface that provides the most enriching experience possible.

4. Testing

Post-Heuristic Analysis

Post heuristic analysis allows designers to evaluate their work and make improvements. By experimenting with different variations of an interface or experience, designers can identify what works and what doesn’t. This method also allows us designers to examine the usability of an element, as well as any other factors that could have an impact on users’ experiences. It helps to ensure effective designs by focusing on user-centric research and feedback that can be used to anticipate problems before they become issues.z

Problem (Findings)

While user testing, I noticed that the user is facing issue after selecting the required fabrics, she wants to see all the selected fabrics before moving to cart.

Solution (Recommendations)

I gave a cart icon on the top. When the user clicks on it, she can see all the selected fabrics before proceeding to cart.
